The Children Ceremony (For couples with Children From a Previous Marriage)
We offer a special Children Ceremony popular for younger children. In addition to including them in the ceremony, it also acknowledges them and the significant role they will play in their parent's new marriage. What a wonderful time for parents to reassure their children of how loved and important they are. A wedding is not just the legal binding of two people together; it is also the Spiritual Bonding of two groups of people who will grow into a family. And that is the purpose of the Children Ceremony -To marry a family instead of just a couple.
Interfaith Ceremonies
Some couples have different religious backgrounds or come from different cultures. Many couples choose to honour and celebrate their ethnic heritage and backgrounds during their wedding ceremony. We will assist you in creating a ceremony that respects the customs of both the Bride and Groom and their families. Some interfaith marriages require the added services of other officiants such as a Rabbi etc. Rev. John Bostock is happy to work with minister from other denominations or religions. Contact us for details.
The Celtic Ceremony
One of the specialities of the Rev. John Bostock. Can be performed in a kilt etc.
Commitment Ceremony
This ceremony is a life commitment ceremony for couples that do not wish to marry or are unable due to existing laws. This ceremony is not a legal wedding ceremony but is a nice way to commit to another person.
The Civil Ceremony
Is a nice legal but non-religious ceremony written by Rev. John Bostock with no religious content but with a sense of ceremony.
